Evolucio Solutions Inc. is a North American software company that has been developing software that manages work flow in different ways for several years. Evolucio Suite has been branded since 2005. The software has continued to evolve throughout this period with regular new releases and updates.

The hospitality industry had needs for some simple Task Manager software to keep track of all the scheduled maintenance. With so many items in each guest rooms, and with so many calls received either by guest or staff, it was a necessity to find a way to store the data in one centralized location to be accessible by anyone.  With both our hospitality and software experience, we developed Evolucio Suite that takes care of it in a simple, easy to understand manner.

The software we developed and perfected primarily by us and then, with the feedback from our pro-active customers that were giving us fundamental information to improve the application. It has proven itself over the years mostly in the hospitality Industry but also in schools or in just any kind of business that has equipment that needs maintenance and scheduling.

We’ll always continue to improve and add to our software by welcoming suggestions from our users and that will keep us above the competition. The task order entry window, which is unique in the market, was developed to ensure very little training time by the users and maximize speed to process requests.

Evolucio Suite has cut down on confusion and paperwork.  We have now added modules such as the Periodic Room Inspection that not only is efficient but also flexible for your organization. Tasks are also created based on negative issues in units and allow you to follow ups on jobs done.
